Terms and Conditions:
- Your seat can only be secured once full payment has been received prior to the conference. If you are a student please send a copy of your student card to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A pre-invoice will be sent to you once registration form has been received and a invoice will be generated once payment or official order has been confirmed.
- Use the invoice number in your payment notification and send it to email@example.com.
- We can only trade in South African Rands, please ensure you arrange payment accordingly.
- Registrations can be transferred to delegates who have not yet registered by 15 July 2016 at no charge. Written notice of the change will need to be submitted. If specific details need to be changed on an invoice there will be an additional charge of R125 excluding VAT.
- Early bird registration ends 15 June 2016 and on-line registration closes on 20 July 2016.
- All cancellations must be received in writing by the conference organising committee
- Cancellations received prior to 15 June 2016 are entitled to 85% refund (15% handling fee). Cancellations between 15 June 2016 and 15 July 2016 may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after 15 July 2016 will not be refunded.
- Cancellations prior to payment are still accountable for the handling fees.
- International refunds may carry additional Forex charges and we will only refund in South African Rands.
- All refunds will only be issued after the conference at the discretion of the organising committee.
